I’m Zeqian Li (pronounced Zeh-Chan).
I’m studying microbial communities at Seppe Kuehn’s lab at the University of Chicago, integrating experiments, sequencing data, and machine learning.
Prior to graduate school, I was trained as a physicist. I studied various biological system using insights from statistical physics and machine learning.
